Expanding its comprehensive line of food packaging solutions, Berry Superfos introduces the ½ Gastro tray range, finely tuned for the food processing, food service, and retail sectors.

A multitude of features and benefits 
Fabricated from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), this new mono-material range ensures easy recyclability. Opt for non-carbon black trays to enhance detection by NIR scanners during waste sorting, streamlining recycling processes.

Moreover, these trays can extend shelf life by eliminating oxygen during sealing and support heightened hygiene with their air and drip-proof seals. With a temperature resistance spanning from -50°C to +121°C, and depths ranging from 40 to 100 mm, accommodating volumes from 2.5 to 6.2 l, these trays offer exceptional versatility.

Complete packaging system to support your every need
The ½ Gastro Range is an integral part of Berry Superfos' complete tray packaging system, comprising plastic trays, sealing machines, and sealing films, delivering cutting-edge packaging solutions for both food processing and retail sectors.

The system boasts trays in over 250 sizes, ranging from 120 ml to 24.4 l, with up to 30% recycled plastic content.

The system also comprises offers a wide array of sealing machines, spanning from manual models to high-speed automated systems tailored for MAP packing, including skin-pack tray and machine solutions.
