Quality, sensations and convenience are only few of the demands a modern cheese has to meet, and therefore cheese needs packaging that do more than merely contain

Today packaging needs to be hygienic, protective and user-friendly; in sum, it must brand and support the contained in a unique manner. And packaging for cheese is no exception.

Quality all the way with Løgismose
The Danish based dairy Løgismose is a good example of a cheese producer that no longer distinguishes between packaging and content. Quality and experience is at the core of the Løgismose concept and, therefore, it is decisive to provide coherence between what you see, taste and experience all the way from purchase to consumption. CEO Steen Olsen from Løgismose explained:

“We aim to provide the consumer with an experience. Our brand Løgismose signals original values and high quality. Our feta cheese is very similar to the original Greek Feta. My father in law was Greek and he introduced me to all the local dairies, and today their production methods and recipes are at the base of our feta. We still have a few original fetas in our range but we have adjusted the taste of the majority making it less rancid by basing it on cow milk to match the Danish consumer preferences.”
